I fell in love with the KTM Super Adventure S

After taking a test ride during the June 2023 KTM open day there, I fell in love with the KTM Super Adventure S; so a week or so later, placed the order. The whole end to end experience at Chester KTM from pre-sales to sorting out the finance to collecting was faultless. Special thank you to Paul Hodgson there for a truly professional and pleasant experience. No pressure, communication throughout was great, he explained everything simply and easily and gave me a full rundown on the bike when I collected. Loving the bike in this fine weather and couldn't be happier. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Chester KTM.

One of the best customer service experiences I've ever had

I delt with Paul via email to start with and when I went into branch his colleague were really helpful and offered drinks to myself and partner, and showed us other products and were friendlyand chatty. Paul was a font of knowledge and was genuinely helpful throughout the whole process. The handover process from buying a bike was great with all information given and questions answered before I left (Got some free stickers too) Even gave me a hand to chuck it into the van. Can't thank Paul and his other colleagues at KTM Chester enough for the best buying experience. Will definitely speak to them again when looking at another bike in the future. #ktmchester.

The bike is now fault free!

Bought a KTM RC 390 from another dealer ship and a mile in had a low oil pressure fault, and the dealership I bought it off quoted a 15-day turnaround to replace the sensor. I rang Chester KTM and asked it this was a known fault for these, and they were open and honest about it. I asked if they had a replacement sensor in stock, and they did and put it aside for me. When I got there, they were extremely helpful and pointed out some other problems that could cause this symptom. They pointed out exactly where the sensor was so on the engine, which helped me massively when I fitted it at home. The bike is now fault free! And even though I only spent £14 with them for the part. The service and help I received were above and beyond what I expected. I really can't recommend these guys enough. Amazing dealership.

Recently purchased my brand new KTM Duke from Paul Hodgson at Chester KTM, the bike was very well priced and was delivered on time as promised within a week. The delivery driver was also extremely helpful, punctual and very pleasant showing all the features of the bike upon arrival, the service I received from both of them was outstanding. with the finance being approved with an amazingly low interest rate within a couple of days, the road tax was paid for and the tank full ready for my first ride out! With a follow up call a few days later to ensure I was satisfied. There was not one thing I can fault about my experience and I will definitely be returning in the future for something a bit bigger 😉 Thanks again guys and I look forward to dealing with you again!
