As the motorcycle season gets in full swing, the 2012 National BikeSafe show is gearing up to take place once again at The Heritage Motor Centre in Gaydon over the weekend of 28 and 29 April. And this year will see a special appearance from BMW rider Mattie Griffin and his F 800 R, performing a host of spectacular tricks and mind blowing 2-wheeled stunts. Our local BMW Motorrad team will also be in attendance, displaying the latest range of 2012 models.
National BikeSafe 2012 is a great day out for riders of all ages and experience, new riders, enthusiasts and families alike featuring everything from the chance to have your riding assessed through by riding out with police motorcyclists to demo bikes and trade stands for you to buy the latest accessories. Best of all, the event itself is free to enter making it even more appealing.
You can even take your first steps into the world of motorcycles thanks to the national Get On team who will be on hand all weekend offering the chance for anyone who has never ridden a motorcycle to experience the thrills for the first time. The scheme aims to increase the number of new riders across the country by offering the chance try a motorcycle in a controlled environment and the team work closely with BikeSafe and are strong supporters of the National event with this being the third year they have come along.
